All Players will be expected to understand the rules of Yu-Gi-Oh! and present a tournament legal deck that correctly follows the forbidden and limited list below.

Boosters based on attendance and final standings
Top 8 can choose to replace a regular booster with an OTS Tournament Pack, while stock lasts.
Players will always walk away with at least 1 Booster Pack of their choice, regardless of their performance!
